I'm Jen and I'm a personal trainer, yoga teacher, book author, marketing and social media professional and blogger based in Charlotte, NC.
I launched my blog Peanut Butter Runner in 2010 and blog about what I’m eating, recipes, products and services I love, workouts, yoga tutorials, career development and personal growth. In September 2011 I left a six-year career in advertising and marketing to follow my dream of a making my passion for fitness, yoga and writing my work. My specializations are in marketing, social media, fitness, yoga and recipe development. I hold personal training, yoga, group exercise and CrossFit certifications.
My first book was released in April 2015, Ultimate Plank Fitness: 100 Planks Exercises for a Strong Core, Killer Abs and A Killer Body. My second book will be released later this year, The Complete Guide to Yoga Arm Balances and Inversions.
