I am an Industrial Engineer with an artist's heart. I have been writing and DIY'ing since I can remember. The birth of my first son inspired me to write my first blog: www.onecutenursery.com , where I shared how we created a beautiful nautical nursery for him. My passion for design did not stop at the nursery, so for his first birthday I designed his party decorations and graphics from start to finish. Then, I decided to to have my own business and opened an Etsy shop. The rest is history! I have been asked by many to share my projects and write tutorials - including Demand Media, the publishers of ehow.com where I am a contributor. When the name One Cute Nursery did not seem fitting for some projects and articles, I founded Neat House, Sweet Home. At 'Neat House. Sweet Home', I blog about time management, productivity and organization at home. I also enjoy writing tutorials on how to DIY many things, from coasters to chalkboards and everything in between.
